Anup Batra - CEO, Founder

Anup  is an engineer, MBA with eleven years of experience in web development and online marketing. His passion is to leverage internet for business success. Being highly versatile, he is able to get into any business and devise an online marketing plan based on its needs. He creates unmatched value propositions both for Arrow and its clients making both highly profitable. His vision is making Arrow Internet the Go-To company for digital media and online marketing. Anup enjoys building long term relationships. A highly intuitive person, he is able to quickly identify opportunities and translate them to business results.

Jasmine Batra - Director, Founder

Jasmine has an MBA in Marketing with ten years' experience in the online space. With an illustrious career spanning from Advertising to Internet Marketing, she has developed a sharp acumen in digital media and SEO.  She provides consulting to some of the largest companies in Australia & NewZealand in online strategy and Search Engine Optimisation.  Some of her highly acclaimed projects are in Travel, Financial Service, Energy. She has also been instrumental in getting hundreds of thousands of visitors to Australia’s leading wedding and parenting portals.

Jasmine has a knack for making complex things simple, getting into the finer detail and taking projects to completion.  Her interpersonal skills enable her to inspire great results from her team and provide an outstanding service to clients.

Sweeney Young - Social Media Strategist, Director

Sweeney was a valued member of the Arrow team in 2007 prior to pursuing a career in acting.  We developed such a strong bond with Sweeney that he later returned in the role of Director.

Sweeney has an amazing insight into social media and leveraging it for revenue generation, branding, events etc. He has the ability to apply his skills across domains. His tenacity coupled with his warm nature make him a jewel in Arrow’s crown.

Besides this, Arrow has a solid team of Search Engine Optimisers, Web Designers, Internet Advertising experts, and SEO copywriters. We do not have a funky, relaxed culture. We work really hard to deliver results and our satisfaction comes from working on exciting projects and going the extra mile.
